I help forward-thinking organisations train their staff and educate customers through digital learning solutions that make a lasting impact.

I'm not a fan of titles and labels, but I'd say I'm still a teacher at heart. I love equipping people with the tools to solve their problems and achieve goals. My specialty? Creating digital learning experiences that break away from the conventional – ones that truly address learners' needs and drive results.

My experience spans over nearly 2 decades of designing and implementing learning solutions at schools, universities, and in corporate environments. I have a good understanding of both educational and business perspectives that I use to create e-learning beyond the "read-and-click-next" approach.

Some time ago, I joined an organisation who offered a wide range of training. I was over the moon when I opened the LMS. It looked like there was training on any topic you could wish for. But when I started launching the courses my heart sank deeper and deeper with each one. I knew that training can be so much better than that. That's how Elearnix came about. A company on a mission to change the image of e-learning and show how valuable it can be for both the employees and organisations. On one condition - that it is learner-centred and revolves about what learners need. No fluff, just relevant content and plently of practice.

Sounds like I'm the kind of designer you'd like to work with? Great. You can find out about my learning design process here or take a look at samples of my work here.

If you're ready start your next project, let's talk about the details.

Hi, I'm Aggie - the Founder of Elearnix and Learning Experience Designer

In a nutshell:

If you want the full story, here goes:

How did a teacher end up in the coporate world?

Well, my very first stunt as a language teacher was an in-company language course for the Polish TelCom. That's where I caught the bug for business training. I quickly learnt that teaching language courses for business involved lots of soft skills training ... in a foreign language. As you can guess, that required a bit of learning on my side (yay!) and developing a bespoke approach to course design and delivery. Later, I created and implemented a number of soft skills courses ranging from presentation skills, time mananement and productivity, to interecultural communication. There are some names you may recognise among the organsiations I've worked for: Henkel, Aviva, GlaxoSmithKline, Lovells-Hagen, Fiserv, or Warsaw Stock Exchange.

I've also spent a few years in academia, working with international students at the University of York, then Warwick. At the University of Social Sciences I lectured Erasmus programme students and prepared professors to lecture their subjects in English.

In the meantime, I spoke at conferences, including Eaquals, or AISLI. I was going to speak at BELTA but that was in 2020 ... and life had different plans.

Instead, I fully pivoted to the corporate world. I worked at a couple of recruitment companies, designed and delivered workshops in emloybaility skills, sales enablement, customer service, to name a few. I also redesigned onboarding training into a gamified, digital learning experience that won over the learners and translated into great results.

Then, I felt it was time to take the plunge and make my dream about running my own business come true. After years of freelancing as an e-learning developer and designing e-learning in-house where it was one of a range of training solutions, I wanted to fully focus on digital learning. And so ELEARNIX was born, a boutique digital learning design and development company, on a mission to change the image of digital learning.
